From Dell:
Oct 14, 2016 I have LSI 9261-8i raid controller in Mac Pro 1.1 with El Capitan. By entering the Recovery HD I f ollowed the procedure of driver signing off. As a result I have the card not detected. I couldn't rebuild kernel caches, and when booting from another (not raid card partition) disk operations (repair, etc) on the raid partition would fail. As i said before; it's quite simple to explain it in a generic way. Attached is a version compiled for Mac OS X 10.6.8 running a 64 bit kernel. Clone my OSX drive to the LSI Raid.
