I have used this with the Keyspan PDA serial adapter and a Germin eTrex GPS device under MacOS X 10.3.4.
No problems so far -- is recognized by Link2GPS, MacGPS etc.

New version (1.7) works fine 10.2.8, Palm Desktop 4.1, Lombard G3 PowerBook. Flawless install. Just (as always) make sure you disable and disconnect your adapter before installing.
