Since 1993, Zeon has expanded its R&D capabilities into PDF (Portable Document Format) technology and first demonstrated the DocuCom PDF line of products at the Seybold Seminar in San Francisco, 1995.
As with other PDF-creation programs, DocuCom PDF Driver installs as a printer driver, letting you create documents in any application, then save them as PDFs using the Print command. In our tests, the program worked quickly and produced good-quality PDFs that matched our original documents. DocuCom PDF Driver offers multiple options for customizing PDF documents, from managing fonts, compressing images, setting security, and adding meta tags. It also lets you overlay watermarks. Beyond regular PDF creation, it includes the PDF Direct utility, which batch-converts documents. As a result DocuCom PDF Driver seems like a good bet for creating PDF files.
