Jmk Dvr Card Driver For Mac

I'm currently trying to upgrade my companies surveillance system with a new computer and 'New' capture cards. I'm having trouble finding the drivers for my capture cards. No I don't have the driver disk, I thought I did but the cards are capturing any video. The only information I have about the cards is that the box I was given says they are a 'Power Watch'. The only identifying marks or numbers on the box/card is NW120F04 on the box and HW-120F Rev 1.0 on the card. The cards are using Conexant 878 chipset. The cards are 16 channels through a parallel dongle and daughter card. Please help me identify this card and a source for working drivers, or at least some kind of information on this card. Much appreciated and many thanks in advance. I'll try and source a picture to upload, I don't think there's a digital camera any place near me at the moment.
